To place an order, please reach out to one of our sales representatives listed below. Kindly note that a valid credit card is required at the time of order placement to secure your order. Please be aware that if the order is not canceled within the specified time frame, the applicable cancellation fee may be charged to your card.
Shipping approximately takes 7-10 business days once your card has been charged for ready to ship styles. You will not be charged until your designated shipping window, which will be provided by your sales representative. If your shoes arrive earlier than expected, we will contact you to confirm early shipment.
Below are the most common case-packs for most of our styles. Your sales representatives will inform you on what styles are available in which case-packs. Our slippers, clogs, and EVA’s all come in whole sizes only. Kindly note that we do not sell single pairs and offer limited styles in open stock.

At MIA Shoes Inc., we strive to provide the highest level of service and flexibility for our valued wholesale partners. To ensure a smooth ordering and shipping process, please review our cancellation and order change policy:
1. Cancellation Deadline: Orders may be canceled any time prior to the 14-day ship window indicated at the time of order confirmation. Any cancellations made after the start ship date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will only be eligible for a style swap.
2. Style Swap Within Ship Window: If you need to adjust styles within your order, you may request style swaps during your designated 14-day ship window. Availability will depend on current inventory levels.
3. Waitlist Reallocation: Orders that are not paid for by the cancellation deadline will be cancelled and reallocated to customers on our waitlist.
4. Payment and Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required at the time of ordering to secure your order. Orders without valid payment information may not be confirmed or held in inventory.
5. Order Changes and Customer Support: For any adjustments or to discuss cancellation options, please reach out to our customer service team or your designated territory representative. We are here to assist you with your orders and ensure your experience with MIA Shoes Inc. is seamless.
